1. No Refund Policy
All fees paid to Oolooz.com are non-refundable. This includes:

  • The one-time 5,000 LKR joining fee

  • Monthly 1,999 LKR platform fees

  • Any other service fees or charges

2. Fee Acknowledgment
By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree that all fees are final and non-refundable, except as required by Sri Lankan law.

3. Service Commitment
Your payment secures access to our platform, technical infrastructure, and support services, which we commit to providing upon receipt of payment.

4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will prevent future billing but does not qualify for refunds of previously paid fees.

5. Account Termination
Upon termination by either party, all paid fees remain non-refundable. Access to the platform and services will cease at the end of your current billing cycle.

6. Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate charges or proven billing errors, we will issue refunds at our sole discretion. Contact support for billing dispute resolution.

7. Revenue Share Payments
Revenue share payments to creators are separate from platform fees and governed by our Revenue Share Agreement. These earnings remain payable according to agreed terms.

8. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to our website.
