2. Service Description
We provide a content monetization platform including: personal content platform setup, monetization network access, earnings dashboard, and creator support services.
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming binding contracts. By using our services, you represent and warrant you meet these requirements.
4. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete information and maintain updated account details. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
5. Content Guidelines
5.1. You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through our Platform.
5.2. Prohibited content includes: adult material, hate speech, illegal activities, copyrighted material without permission, and any content violating third-party platform policies.
5.3. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
6. Monetization & Payments
6.1. Joining Fee: One-time 5,000 LKR fee payable upon registration.
6.2. Monthly Platform Fee: $7.99 monthly subscription fee.
6.3. Revenue Share: 10% of gross earnings payable to Platform.
6.4. Payouts: Monthly around the 25th, minimum 25 USD threshold.
6.5. Earnings are calculated using traffic-based estimation methods.
7. Third-Party Platforms
7.1. Our service depends on third-party advertising networks and platforms.
7.2. We are not liable for changes in third-party policies, account suspensions, or revenue fluctuations resulting from platform changes.
7.3. You must comply with all third-party platform policies.
8. User Responsibilities
8.1. Maintain content quality and originality.
8.2. Avoid artificial traffic generation or click fraud.
8.3. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
8.4. Protect your account credentials.
9. Platform Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time, including features, pricing, and available services.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for: violation of these terms, non-payment, or activities that jeopardize our platform or partner relationships.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or revenue.
12. Disclaimer
Results vary based on individual effort, content quality, and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific earnings levels or business outcomes.
13. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.
